BOEING – State of the arts composites factory


Boeing’s new state of the art Tianjin factory is an investment of over US$20 Million and will provide composite secondary structures and interior parts for B737, B747, B767, B777 and the B787 Dreamliner aircraft. The current expansion in Tianjin will expand Boeing’s production capacity by around 60%.

Spaceframe delivered a turn-key solution that included construction of the factory complex, road works and landscaping, installation of electrical and mechanical services and connection to power, domestic water, gas and telecom lines.

This project has embraced sustainable design and construction principals and is registered with the USGBC for LEED Gold accreditation.
