BOEING SPREADS ITS WINGS

Boeing’s new state of the art Tianjin factory was an investment of over US$20 Million and allows the production of composite parts for Boeing B737, B747, B767, B777 and the B787 Dreamliner aircraft. The plant expansion in Tianjin provided for an increased production capacity of around 60%.

Spaceframe delivered a turn-key solution that included construction of the factory complex, road works and landscaping, installation of electrical and mechanical services and connection to power, domestic water; gas and telecom lines.

This project has embraced sustainable design and construction principals and was accredited by the USGBC as “LEED Gold”
